UP Digital

Bespoke software and SaaS.

UP Digital Products Ltd builds software to order and supplies SaaS products on subscription. Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price, and nothing is charged before you agree them.

What we do

Four lines of work

Everything is delivered electronically. We do not hold stock, we do not ship parcels and we do not use couriers.

Bespoke software

Applications built to your brief — internal tools, customer portals, dashboards and the back-office systems that sit behind them. Scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing before we start.

SaaS subscriptions

Hosted products supplied on a monthly or annual subscription, with the account provisioned and the access details sent to you once the order is confirmed.

Integrations & automation

Connecting the systems you already run so that data moves between them without anyone retyping it — scheduled jobs, webhooks and API work.

Support & maintenance

Ongoing upkeep of what we build or host: fixes, updates, and the changes you need as the business moves. Billed on a retainer or per piece of work.

The scope is written down before anyone writes code.

You get the price, the timeline and what is excluded in the proposal. If the brief changes, we re-quote — we do not invoice you for a surprise.

Who it is for

Built for teams that need software they do not have

The work is scoped the same way whether you are one person or a department, and every engagement is invoiced.

  • Freelancers & sole traders
  • Small & medium businesses
  • Digital agencies
  • Startups & founders
  • Operations teams
  • Consultants & trainers
  • E-commerce operators
  • In-house teams

How we work

Four steps, from brief to launch

The scope and the price are agreed in writing before any payment is taken.

01

Discovery

You tell us what the software has to do, who will use it and what it has to talk to. We ask questions until the brief is unambiguous.

02

Proposal

You receive a written proposal: the scope, what is excluded, the timeline and the total price. No charge is made until you accept.

03

Build

We build it and show you working software as we go, so you can correct course before it is finished rather than after.

04

Launch & support

We deploy it, hand over the access and the documentation, and stay available for fixes and changes. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does UP Digital Products Ltd do?
We build bespoke software to order and supply SaaS products on subscription. Alongside that we do integration and automation work and maintain what we have built. Everything is delivered electronically; we do not ship physical goods.
How is pricing set?
Bespoke work is quoted per project against a written scope. Subscriptions are priced per month or per year. Either way you see the total payable before you commit to anything, and there are no charges that are not on the quote.
How is the software delivered?
Subscription access is provisioned and the details emailed to the address on the order, normally within one working day of cleared payment. Bespoke work is delivered to the timeline in the proposal, deployed to the environment we agree, with the source and the documentation handed over.
Can I cancel an order?
Consumers have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For digital content downloaded immediately, that right ends once the download starts — but only if you asked for it to start early and acknowledged losing the right. If we never asked you, the 14 days still run. See our Refund Policy.
Who owns the software you build for me?
The proposal says so explicitly for every project. Where the proposal assigns the rights to you, they transfer on final payment. Where it does not, you get a licence to use it and we keep the underlying components we reuse across clients — and we will say which those are before you sign.
What if a product is faulty or not as described?
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to a repair or replacement, and to a price reduction or refund if that fails. Those rights sit alongside the cancellation right and are not affected by it. Email us and we will put it right.
Do you charge VAT?
UP Digital Products Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our invoices and none can be reclaimed on them. If that changes we will show VAT separately on every quote and invoice.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. We trade in English and deliver everything electronically. Where local consumer law gives a buyer stronger rights than English law does, those rights still apply — our terms do not take them away.
How do I get in touch?
Email support@updigitalproducts.com. We reply within one working day. You can also write to us at our registered office, 65 London Wall, London, EC2M 5TU.
